    Default Rich Mays rules

I just got back from a trip to Savannah; Rich Mays at Sonare mastered our new Percussion Ensemble CD that we recorded/mixed/edited at Florida State, and holy COW! It was a tremendous experience--I've been listening to the master ever since, and I can't believe how good it sounds.

Huge thanks to Rich, and to Lynn for allowing me to join this forum--I've learned a huge amount from all of you over the last two years, and am postive that the project would not have turned out so well had I not had access to all the advice and suggestions.

If any of you are interested in having a disc, just let me know--should be totally done (replication) in July. You can email me at jparks@fsu.edu. Thanks again to Rich!

    Track Listing:

    Cage--Third Construction
    Dvorak--Song to the Moon*
    Bobo--Musee*
    Tyson--Ceiling Full of Stars
    Silverman--Gasoline Rainbow*
    Piazzolla/Parks--Libertango
    Skidmore--From In Contact*

Apart from Rich's talents, I also must add that he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.

He also knows his BBQ--we hit some place that was dynamite after the session.
