Default Is Donald Trump Obama's Ross Perot?

Trump is cracking me up. He appears to be sharpening his knives and trying to filet Obama like Perot tried to do (or did) to Bush 1. He is all over this birth certificate thing, and today he is in the media saying Obama is 'probably' a Muslim. This could get wildly entertaining, because like Perot, Trump has the money to keep going strong...

That is indeed one major difference between he and Perot. I thought Perot was a legitimate contender. Trump is a lot like Al Sharpton with more money.

I can't wait to see what Trump is going to get rolling here. It sounds like he is ready to rumble. This could get wildly entertaining....

Presidential politics is like a really bad reality show where all the contestants are megalomaniacs and the winner gets the launch codes to the most lethal nuclear arsenal in the world.

    Wildly entertaining indeed.

Instead of all of us having to endure ALL of this nonsense, I have a solution.

Anyone with aspirations of running for president in 2012 MUST make their intentions known by the end of this year. Then, no further discussion from anyone involved, until the primaries - then, instead of debates and stuff, its a series of elimination style wrestling matches, ala WWE, until the Royal Rumble on Super Tuesday...

The results would probably be no different than the usual way...just more entertaining.

    Entertaining, yes.

But we Americans must search our souls and seriously ask - 'why has it come to this? Is this really the best we can do??

That question should have been asked as voters in the primaries of '07 & '08 went to the polls and checked the box beside the name of an un-vetted community organizer with a few days in the Senate under his belt. Now, anything and everything is fair game as we are being led by a Magic Unicorn who obviously lives in a fantasy land...

Some of the lefties still think he's wonderful:

From Lee Blaske: "He sure doesn't look poorly qualified and inexperienced to most of us (or to our allies around the world). "
