That was another thing that didn't surprise me at all, really. Seeing someone come out of the closet did, though. Transparency and all that, y'know.
One question - since the gubmint is plumb full of Wall St people, and Wall St is doing fairly well right now, why is the gubmint setting record after record in fail? Aren't they supposedly the same people?

I'm not claiming it's new news. What I am saying is that it's interesting how even the industry itself is become sick with it's own greed. The fact that this guy (of no small position) made such a bold move is significant.

What about Corzine? I truly believe that if this guy was an (R), he would be portrayed as an evil 1% guy, corrupt in all things wealthy, and be hung out to dry. This would be front page news, and he would probably be tied to Bush, Romney, and even Abe Lincoln. Since he is a (D), he seems to be skating relatively easily. Now it appears he has lied in Congressional testimony...

That's OK...he is usually forgiven, and often encouraged to lie to Congress. In some cases, people are rewarded handsomely, Corzine being no exception. Remember, Martha Stewart went to prison, Corzine will likely be canonized
