    Default Thanks Grekim

Not sure if my email was hacked but I want to thank Grekim for at least alerting me to the possibility so I could change my passwords.

I assume if it was hacked he's the only person that bothered to let me know he recieved a suspicious email from my account. Or maybe it was a spoof, not sure

At any rate, thanks for taking 30 seconds to let me know.

Strange link that pointed to an ad on the Fox News website.

    Go figure. Viral marketing? Losers.

I've seen that same e-mail come from other people... Something is going around for sure.
Am I the only one without a small type signature?

I don't get email notifications from 3dB, so I've seen nothing. So if you get an email from 3dB from me, it's likely spam. I PM people here or trade emails privately and communicate that way or participate on the board.

Contrary to what most technology tries to do (bringing everything together, like emails from everything you've ever signed up for) I'm a big fan of keeping things "in their place" and separate from each other. I typically turn all email notifications OFF for everything; Facebook, Twitter, forums etc. I find I visit these places often enough that email notifications become duplicate information and a waste of my time.

    Perhaps I'm in the minority?

No problem. The day before, I got suspicious mail from another friend. Instead of clicking on the link in the email, I googled some of the keywords in the link. Turned out to be a link to a heavy metal rock band in Maine. If you knew this friend, this would have made no sense. Other friends maybe A little while later she emailed me that she had been hacked.
