How does the CV4 compare to one of your other well-used mics, the AT4047?

The CV4 sounds a little more upfront in the presence peak area and just "bigger." That seems to work great on most of the male vocalists I've recorded with it lately. But, on some females, this can be a problem. The 4047 is more forgiving in that regard, and is my go-to vocal mic for females....well, an SM7 is my go-to vocal mic for some females. The 4060 has been my go-to mic for males, but the CV4 beats it (although I still like that mic).

I heard the CV4 at the AES show, I really liked it. The top end sounds more pleasing than the similar priced Telefunken AK 47 and AR-51. Thinking this mic might be a good option
