Here's an idea of what I do--trying to bring clarity to complex issues.

I am constantly amazed by how much the business model for digital upgrades and distribution has changed over the past few years. I never would have envisioned upgrade paths being available for direct purchase and download by a third party retail store.

But I'm not saying this is bad at all. Just a bit contrary to they way I thought things would develop, especially with such proprietary goods being entrusted in the digital distribution age.

Perfectly Clear Grid. I too have to write upgrade statements for the University I work for. License compliance and support play additional dimensions to my text.

Your grid is so good, that for the first time I am considering moving forward with my PTXI rigs. I have a few questions about that, but I without your plan explanations, I'd have never considered it.

Just a bit contrary to ...
Please tell me I'm not the only one who caught these words...

That aside, one of my niggles that developed into full blown hatred for all things download is the astonishing complexity of the myriad of versions, options, etc...the people that make selections and the ability to obtain them simple will always get my money.

(Funny...this kind of stuff was never a problem before digital...make your own correlations)
