On the 3D Pre CD Volume 2 there is a narration of a women speaking.

Can you tell us what mic, mic pre, and processors where used on that?

If you had asked four years ago, I might have remembered. I'll exercise my brain and see if I can come up with it. Dan Kennedy was there. Let's see if his brain cells are any younger than mine. Maybe he remembers.

I remember when I listened to that CD the first time and heard that narration, I said to myself - why listen to the CD? THAT"S the sound I like! Professional!

Do you have the Pre CD Vol. 1?

That was Marabeth singing and also doing the narration. I'd bet the mic was the Manley Reference Cardioid that we ended up using for the comparisons. Processors is easy. There were none.

Now the real trick is which preamp we used for the narration. I know that the narration between the cuts on PreCD 1 matches up with the preamp to follow. But which did we use for the narration on Vol. 2? I honestly don't recall.
